Catbaret is NYC’s one-of-a-kind cat-themed variety show, featuring comedy, live music, and burlesque (aka purr-lesque), all hosted by Gemma Smith, who has been delighting audiences since 2018. Originally produced at QED Astoria, Catbaret found a new home at Caveat on the Lower East Side in 2024.
With four themed shows a year—like Meowloween, Just Kitten Around, and the Meowy Xmas Happy Hanukkats Spectacular—Catbaret brings together cat lovers for a night of ameow-zing performances, raffle prizes, and FREE cat ears for all guests! 🐾
In addition, Catbaret proudly promotes adoptable cats at Koneko Cat Cafe and Rescue NYC.
